The app works great now. Thank you
I just downloaded the update, but it still hangs up while trying to load on my iPad.
This app has a reading for each Saint of the day, including an audio version which is great for the car. It also has a calendar to easily find Saints feast days. However, after a few months, the app became stuck on "Syncing Saints." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Franciscan Media, please fix this! :-(
Got the update today... Still stuck on synching saints... On iPad
Uploaded the newest version, still wont open.
This app hasnt never worked or me. It never loads up an its extremely frustrating. Dont know how it can be fixed or if I can get the little money I spent on it. St. Jude pray for me!
After several weeks of the app getting stuck on opening, an update came out to supposedly fix the hang-up on opening. Well, nothing changed, the app still wont open.
App got stuck on the opening screen (synching saints) and froze. Contacted the app developer and they promptly responded telling me to completely in-install and then re-install the app. It seems to be working fine now.
The Saint of the Day app is very difficult to read on my iPad! The text shows up grey on a tan background. I could not find any "Settings" that would allow me to enlarge the text for better reading. So sorry I purchased this as I still have to use the website.
I cannot get the app to load. Its hung up trying to sync the saints.
Just delete & download again - works like charm - I should have tried that before even searching for help- its the most common solution to most software problems-its like rebooting
One of my favorite apps but it is really missing some basic info. It would be awesome to provide a header that shows the birth and death dates as well as the patronage of the Saint of the day. Sometimes the daily info doesnt even state what century the Saint lived
The text is hard to read with s greyed-out font on a colored background. Otherwise I like the app. I do agree with one comment that more biographical information would be useful. This would put the saint into a historical context.
