No Longer Works

I used to love this app, but it hasnt worked for ages. I have been waiting for an update to fix the problem but it hasnt come. The app comes up and all I get is "Franciscan Media, Live in love, Grow in faith, Syncing Saints..." and a little circle going round and round and round. It has been like this for months. I think you will be upset if you buy an app that doesnt work!
(I write this in the hope of prompting Franciscan Media to either fix the app so I can use it or withdraw it so I will stop waiting.)
